We are coming to just take a look at the Beach Club resort and will only be there for the day. My brother in law is coming with us and this is his first visit ever to a Disney resort/property. We plan to eat lunch at Whispering Canyon. Wondering how to proceed with taking him to see Grand...

We're staying at Port Orleans Riverside and will have a car. I did the direct to room check in yesterday but didn't see anything listed about resort parking. I know that there's a fee but can someone tell me if we need to get a placard from the front desk indicating that we're overnight guests...

Can I drive to the boat dock from my cabin using my car? Is there a parking lot there? Or do I have wait for the bus?

If you are staying at one resort, but would like to visit another with a car... do you have to pay for parking even if you are only going for a few hours?
