    2020 pricing?

You can call now to book a room. If they want to rent points, they should be doing so at 11 months out.

    Rope Drop Navi River ride

As everyone said, last trip we rope dropped Na'vi (had FP+ for FoP) and did River Journey twice in a row with no wait.

    NEXUS questions

YES. We specifically got Nexus for pre-check at MCO. Hate that TSA line otherwise...

Do I Need to activate tickets when we arrive?

If it's a Canadian offer, I'd expect you'll need to show ID to verify you're Canadian to have gotten the pricing you did.

Opinions! Does It Still Make Sense To Buy? (Resale)

Thanks! And 100% agree. It makes no sense to borrow to buy. We aren't the kind of people who like to have ANY debt as it is!

Opinions! Does It Still Make Sense To Buy? (Resale)

Ultimately, I think everyone is different and it's so hard to say whether it's worth it or not when there are so many factors involved. When do you travel? How often do you want to go? What kind of unit do you want? How many do you travel with? How much money do you have to play with? What's the...

Opinions! Does It Still Make Sense To Buy? (Resale)

You make a fair point. I guess I shouldn't have said we couldn't 'afford' that BCV contract. We could. But we can't stomach spending that kind of MONEY on it. We live in Vancouver, Canada, which is one of the most expensive cities in the world. We do Disney every OTHER year and use the alternate...

I really realized the value of my DVC on my last trip

We rent studios right now, but once we buy, we plan to stay in 1-bedrooms and i'm already excited about it haha. I feel like it takes it from 'this is the room you sleep in' to 'this is the place you go to relax and enjoy.'

Opinions! Does It Still Make Sense To Buy? (Resale)

We've down the tour before. I don't care about the room tours as we've stayed at DVC's before. More so I'd love to drill them on some questions about how ownership has changes :p

Thanks, friend! Definitely planning to do some exploring of other Resorts while there to get a better feel. Not sure if it’s worth taking the tour again knowing we won’t buy direct?

Can I ask what you liked more about Board Walk? That's where we're booked next trip and usually do Beach Club.

We did off-site ONCE at WDW. Never again. It completely ruined the experience for us. If I'm staying off-site it's because I'm not going to Disney and exploring other areas of Florida. But I'd still rather stay on-site and explore other areas of Florida ;)

Opinions! Does It Still Make Sense To Buy? (Resale)

This discussion has been super helpful. I think we're strongly leaning towards a resale contract for Animal Kingdom. Longer contract and cheaper price. We do like to hop around, so ultimately we'd be happy staying at nearly any Deluxe Resort on-site.
