This is the teacup at MK WDW. There is no 'accessible' teacup'. To get into the teacup, you need to be able to step over the side of the saucer and then step over the side of the cup to get in. The opening is rather narrow and there is a wheel in side the middle of the cup that can be turned to make it spin faster.
