It really irks me when customer service people don't say I'm sorry. It's like the number one rule. If you're not gonna help someone or offer a solution, at least start your excuse with I'm sorry. Ugh. Rant over now. Disney's lucky you were gonna go regardless. If this happened with a family trying to decide whether to spend the money on a first trip, they may have turned them off! At least you got a response and you'll have an amazing trip regardless!
