Many moons ago (okay I think it was last yearish) I found a website that had 10 or 12 basic moves for yoga and 10 or 12 for pilates. It basically walked you through a nice little routine for each of them. I'm really irked because now I want to do them again and I cant find the papers and I can't find the websites. I'm thinking it might have been a MSN article but I can't find it now. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or have anything similar??
