42 pts for whole pie; 8 servings at 5 points each Fresh pizza dough from the bakery shop of your supermarket 1/2 cup Prince Pizza Sauce 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese 1 tsp olive oil 3 tbsp flour 1. Grease and flour pizza pan using olive oil and most of flour. (I pour on the olive oil and then use a paper towel to wipe it over the surface of the pan.) 2. Use a little flour to spread on your counter top, and roll out dough on the counter top. Lift dough and using two fists, gently spread out the dough from the bottom. Roll out any remaining bubbles. Place dough on pizza pan, leaving 1/2 inch around edge. 3. Pour the pizza sauce on to the dough and spread it over the dough (not all the way to the edge) using a soup ladle. 4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over entire top of pizza. 5. Bake in 450 degree oven 12-15 minutes. NB: Prince Sauce may be local but per 1/4c 20 c, 1 df, 0 f; my bakery dough works out to 8 servings at 3 pts each. This recipe calls for full fat cheese, 8 servings at 4 pts each. 24 pts for the cheese, 16 for the dough, sauce is free, 2 pts for the flour and oil. Add veggie toppings as desired, but if you add meat, add the points!
