1 3/4 cup fat free milk 2 TBSP reduced-fat creamy peanut butter 1 pkc (1 oz) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding 1/4 c. fat-free Cool Whip 4 tsp chocolate syrup (Hershey's is fat free ) In a bowl whisk the milk and peanut butter. Add the pudding mix and whisk for 2 mins or until slightly thickened. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Refrig at least 5 mins or until set. Dollop with cool whip and drizzle chocolate syrup over. I made with Soy Milk Vanilla b/c that's what I had and it was wonderful!!!!! It reminded me of the insides of a rich and creamy peanut butter pie! I served this to a guest who actually said "Yea right this is healthy!"
