Sauteed Radishes Radishes (red or white) Butter Salt & pepper to taste Slice radishes about 1/8" thick. Sautee in butter on medium high heat until radishes turn translucent and lightly brown. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm. Couldn't get much simpler! The radishes will lose their bite as you saute them... the flavor comes out very mellow. Using all red radishes will end up pink (kind of pretty!). An unusual side, but quite good.
