Hi there fellow WISHers! I am starting this in a new thread because I'm not looking for recipes to feed 6 or 8, but easy, quick things I can make just for myself. I especially look for quick eats that are 6 points or less. So let's hear yours. Here's a couple from me: Portobello mushroom sandwich: 1 portobello cap grilled -0 pts 1 roll -3 pts 1 little thin slice swiss cheese 1 pt roasted peppers -0 pts YUMMY! ***** And my fave 1 point snack: 1 graham cracker square, 1 marshmallow melted on top of it in the microvave. ********* My fave comfort food meal/snack: 2 slices diet wheat -1pt 1 tbl peanut butter -2pts 1 tbl jelly -1pt ****** Please share some of your faves!!!!
