Would you say this is the biggest balcony on Disney property?

This was where we stayed (BWV) two summers ago:

It is probably one of the deepest, but AKV and BLT have pretty long balconies that are wider than the majority of balconies at BWV. Many of OKW's balconies have a table and four chairs on them.

OKW balconies for non-studio rooms are pretty large, as are the patios attached to each of the Treehouse Villas.

Yeah, try any of the OKW porches. Plus they are all covered.

We had a third of a large balcony (a wedge balcony) at BCV a long time ago in a third floor studio not too far from the elevator. One wedge was completely unusable. The third wedge belonged to the villa next to us.

We once had an awesome wrap-around balcony at Animal Kingdom Lodge (hotel side, 2BR suite, corner unit).

You obviously have never stayed in an OKW 1,2 or 3 bedroom villa and enjoyed the covered balcony with a table and 4 chairs and plenty of room to spare.

Actually, this particular balcony is bigger than the OKW balconies. I have seen it. But it is an anomaly and does not have an eating size table and 4 chairs.

Well, here's a close competitor at AKV! As much as I love OKW GV's I would love a stay here! A great balcony, plus a view of the animals, simply fab!

I agree! I thought I was going to get the chance this year, but didn't have the AKV points to do it.

The BCs at Vero have wonderful balconies, front and back upstairs!

Exactly! And you get three of these wonders!!

Largest I ever saw was for a handicapped studio at BCV, Room 228. It has nothing to do with the fact that it is a handicapped unit, it's large only because of it's location in the elbow of the building above the Breezeway and has no adjacent room like the others in the elbows with the pie shaped balconies.
Much bigger than the OKW balconies.
I've stayed in that room several times.

We just stayed at the BWV on the third floor overlooking the village green (and I think this room is one of those). It is the largest balcony we've ever had at WDW in our 12 years of DVC membership. I was amazed at its size for a STUDIO and the picture doesn't do it justice. But it was kind of funny to be sitting out there in one of the two little chairs. It is a balcony that calls out for a large group with a few bottles of wine. This is a STUDIO balcony and it is amazing. Great spot for a group at the F & W Festival with a group of friends.

we have stayed at BW GV long deep balcony, OKW and Vero Beach beach cottage. Beach Cottage was the best configuration for having a dozen people out there. All balconies were spectacular.

Not at WDW, but this is the GV balcony at Aulani. Took this picture on the tour.

But that is just long. I'd still prefer the large porch at OKW where you can actually do something, like dine as a family, on the porch.

The dedicated savannah 2 bedroom balconies at Kidani are long too, but oh what a view!

We've had that studio as part of an accessible 2 BR lockoff several times and agree that it is huge. As you said, much larger than an OKW patio.

Sure, of the rooms across from you (which I detest), unless you're at the end! I love having a table and 4 chairs, instead of sitting all in a row. One of the things I disliked about pool view at BCV, there you are, with a close view of every one else. Reminds me of the old days at the Howard Johnson's, I prefer OKW, more private!
