Workout Question (Gym)

    Sailing on the Wonder and want to know what kind of exercise classes are offered and if you need a reservation?

    Should I bring workout clothes and shoes?

    They offer spin & yoga classes in the early morning. Around 7:30 or 8:30. You don't have to make a reservation. Just show up on time.
    YES!! Bring your workout clothes! Even if you don't make it to a class, the gym has an awesome view and it is so cool to run on the elliptical or the treadmill or bike while feeling like you are gliding across the ocean. Plus a big bonus is that when you use the gym, they provide free chilled water and fresh fruit as well as tea. You are also welcome to use the (much more spacious that your stateroom) showers, robes, towels, lounges and the dry sauna!
    Plus you can work off all of the yummy food! With the daily exercise, taking the stairs all the time and frequent small meals I actually ended up losing 5 pounds on our cruise!!! And I ate EVERYTHING that I wanted!!! Can't wait to go back on DCL - most luxurious weight-loss spa EVER!!! LOL!! :cheer2:
