wl deluxe rooms w/concierge

we have a trip planned for 1/31 at the WL.
unfortunately AAA has caused major confusion about
our reservations. we paid for a concierge room.
concierge called me today & went over everything due to
the mix up & offered an upgrade to a deluxe room
with concierge access.
can a veteren let me know if-
(a)concierge is ok even if we arent on concierge floor?
(b)is there a tv in the living room area & the bedroom area?
