    Hi Everyone,
    Hope I'm not stepping on any toes by posting this thread, but I do my weigh-in first thing Monday morning....so I'm ready to post!!!!

    First week of WW online was a success, I lost 3 pounds

    Bring on week 2.........

    I am down this week:bounce: :Pinkbounc , which is great since I had some concerns about the eating plan my nutritionist designed...it has me eating more carbs than I was.

    Here are my stats: (Jan 03)124.5/117.5/116...would love 114 for moving room.

    Congrats to you both!! I don't weigh in until tomorrow, but I got three compliments at church yesterday that my clothes were looking a little baggy! :) So hopefully tomorrow I will be asking for that 10 pound clippie.

    As of Friday, I was down 17 pounds on WW. My weight loss should start slowing down again now that my appetite is coming back. :rolleyes:

    I'm back to where I was when I joined WISH! This is great news because my DH has renewed his interest in health again, so I will have support at home, too. I didn't do any physical activity last weekend (Other than some heavy duty housekeeping), so I am feeling a bit sluggish. We have been eating really healthy and the scale seems to be echoing that truth. (Of course, Betty may just be messin' with me again, so I won't count any success until I can fit comfortably back int my Disco Dress! That means about 20 lbs! :rolleyes: I'll do it though. It's just a matter of how fast.)

    I'm only on Day 3 of Atkins so I'm not weighing in I just wanted to say I started!!! Ouch! The headaches this weekend were bad but none today so far! That's good news! :D

    Starting weight: 200
    Goal weight: 140

    You guys really are inspiring!

    THanks Boo'sMom for starting this for me this week. I got caught up with work this morning and was just coming to do it!!! Well I am down 2.5 pounds this week!!!! Not sure how but I will take it!!! Yeah!!! Now if I can only loose 3 more I will be at 10!!

    I am down a pound and a half....I am jumping up and down, because I finally went down after two weeks of stand still. I am trying very hard no to step on the scale daily. I have decided that twice a week tops, and Monday is weigh day, so I better do the second time half way through the week if at all. I did start measuring, and will measure myself every few weeks too. I think that will help me not stress about the weight on a daily basis.


    I am happy that I finally lost 1.5....it is 1.5 less on the body than there was last week :) :) :)

    Yea! The boards are working for me again, today. (I'm one of those who's been having trouble accessing the boards.) Anyway, I'm back, and I've lost a total of 33 lbs. since mid-January (10 lbs. since Kelsie started the challenge). I've also been using my treadmill and Orbitrek. This low carb thing sure does feel good!

    My first week of "balanced" eating (not quite Zone, but lower carb, higher fat and protein) I have lost 3.8 pounds. Maybe I'll get a 5 pound clippie next week :).

    Everyone did so great last week! I don't weigh in until Thursday. I know it's a weird day but I started on Thursday so I weigh in on Thursday.

    I hope I lose at least one pound. My losses have definitely slowed down. Scale isn't changing very fast, but I'm losing lots of inches :teeth:
