QOTD: This may sound counterintuitive, but I'm not planning on this being the best March ever. Instead I think I'll just take it a day at a time. When I woke up this morning I thought about what I was going to eat today and that is what I'll eat. Tomorrow I'll do the same. Hopefully all of those days together will add up to where I want to be at the end of the month. There really is something powerful to breaking big things up into little pieces.
