QOTD December 30, 2012 You have weight watchers, nutrisystem, Dr. Oz, paleo, south beach, atkins, my fitness pal, etc. There are no shortage of ways to help you lose weight. I am a big believer in failing to plan is planning to fail. So removing exercise from the equation (we will talk about that tomorrow) what is your plan? Be as specific as you feel comfortable.
