I am not strict with calorie counting, as I said before we are on a heart healthy diet, but I will tell you that when I knew I was under, (I felt it), I did not lose. You body needs calories to burn weight off for sure!!!! So I eased up a bit and lost another pound this week! Right now I am at the weight where I would "give in" but that is not happening this time. I am excited to see how far this is going to go with just portion control and eating the right foods. I have not even started exercising yet (not by choice, I am still working on getting my foot fixed ). Happy Friday everyone! Kid is off school again due to snow/ice.
