Will the 1/2 off deposit offer for rebooking be offered on our 2/27 cruise?

I'm wondering if I should wait to book our next cruise until we are onboard in a few weeks?? Last time we sailed they offered 50% off the deposit. I have seen mention of that on the boards as well. But was that a specific offer or is that something that is now standard on board? Do you think I will be able to get the 50% off deposit offer while onboard for the 2/27 sailing?
