Hi all I am an Aussie mum here trying to get my act together and book our accomodation to disneyworld. As we are travelling all the way from Australia we need your help:yay:. This will be our first trip to disneyworld after going to disneyland last year. We are now true disney fans:thumbsup2. I want to book accomodation either with dvc rentals or specials through disney. Only disney doesn't appear to have any specials on their website yet:headache:. Does anyone know if they will as I imagine that time of year would be pretty quite? Thanks so much from your Aussie friends:goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes!

Take a look at the Codes and Rates Forum, found in the Disney Resorts Forum. You can keep with all the discounts being offered and join the others that are biting their nails and hoping for a discount for when they are going. Currently we are all holding our breath for Free Dining that will cover the period of time that you are talking about.

Thanks so much, I hope they are offering discounted rooms though. As we are looking at staying for 13nights and we are a family of 6 so we will need a two bed villa. Thanks for your reply I am keeping my fingers crossed as well for all of us:thumbsup2. I will post something in the other thread you talked about. Many thanks mate;)

a chart that includes historical discount release dates. Disney can be fairly methodical in the timing of their offerings.

You can always book a reservation now and replace it if anything is announced.

I agree with the codes and rates board. There are usually threads dedicated to updates for particular months. Also the Disney site usually makes it easy to identify current specials. Under the tickets and packages header in the upper right hand corner there is a menu that will pop when you roll your mouse over it. "Special Offers" is one of the menu options.
