Does anyone know if the Wilderness Lodge pool has reopened yet? I think it was scheduled for the end of March.

    Thanks.

the pool has been open since thursday afternoon march 22nd. we arrived on march 21st and the first thing i did was go to the pool to check it. i found it full of water which was encouraging. my niece asked a gentleman inside the fence when the pool would be open and he said guaranteed by friday. we arrived back from the magic kingdom on thursday the 22nd to find the fence gone, a lot of people (cast memebers, and management i assume) mulling around the pool deck. people were being constantly being turned away from the pool. my neice went to roaring forks for a soda around 7 or 8 pm and she said there were lots of people in the pool. i called my little brother (we are twins but i am a minute older than him) and asked him to post the re-opening as i dont carry a computer on vacation.
the water was a little cloudy the first 3 or 4 days but was crystal clear by the time we left on the 31st.
i overheard a gentleman from disney talking to a life guard about the color of the new concrete not being an exact color match and how they were going to address the color difference. some areas were obviously replaced. everything was freshly painted and the gaps between the coping and the deck all recaulked. from the amount of work it appears was done they did a good job of getting it done a week early.
i like to think my good mojo helped LOL
it sucks to be home already, it is snowing here today!!!!!
