How come they are ending the Freeport day on the 4-day cruise this year... Did they have a problem there?

Here is the official story as it was told to me on the July Wonder:
Disney had a contract to stop there thru spring and when it ended the Bahamian govt begged for Disney to continue thru the end of this year. Disney set the condition that, to continue after 2003, there would need to be a dock build IN Freeport proper. As of July, there was no plans or talk of the required dock.

So they're doing Freeport for the rest of 2003, but starting in 2004 it's no longer an option for DCL cruises?

Guess I'm cruisin' at the right time......
