I know I could use it. Yesterday and today my stomach has been growling, which it hasn't done since I started my new program on 2/14, and I just want to snack. Sugarless gum isn't cutting it and neither is the water. My goal is to not touch any food until lunch time...I already had my morning snack I know others have posted about the difficult time they are having 'focusing' on a part of their new change, whether it be the eating or the exercise. It helps for me to just post the difficulties I am having and the goal I will set to overcome it.....so for those having big or little struggles today post here and others can give you advice or give you the boost you need.
