DH and I just got back from a bike ride, 22.2 miles with an average speed of 13.8 mph.
hr walk outside the neighborhood this morn w/a friend
this afternoon 1/2 hr on the circle
thinking i may need another 1/2hr -1hr
im at 12,700 steps for the day - aiming for 20,000
I cleaned the upstairs bathroom, including the scummy tub earlier today, just finished my usual one hour combo Nordic Track/weights, drinking my water now and will shortly go out and wash and polish up my car....plan to relax and read tonight after that!

I did FIRM super cardio sculpt this morning. Who's next?
Just a 30 minute walk for me. My legs needed a light day!
3 mile walk for me. Doing some pilates later.
2 hours light tennis with the kids in the am, then 1 hour of singles in the evening.
Walked all over the place at MGM & the Boardwalk.
I have to find my pedometer. It's still packed somewhere from our move so I'll know how far I'm walking on our park days.
Walked 4.5 miles in the park
Yesterday I was lurking!
Was motivated to get up & excercise.
OMG I need to loose some weight.
I did 10 minutes on a brand new excercise bike.
Another 25 minutes on Treadmill.
