Who do you call to add on?

    Thanks to a larger than expected tax refund, I'm able to add on sooner than I thought (so soon, I just closed and I'm not even in the system with MS yet) :rotfl:

    Who do I call to add on directly from Disney? I bought through TTS so I don't have a Disney guide.

    I sent you a pm with my guides name and number. He's a real nice guy.
    I'm hoping to do an add-on too. Seems like you can never have enough points! LOL

    All the guides are at a "special event" and won't be back in until later today.

    Wonder what that's about?

    FYI - DVC will assign you a guide based on where you live.

    If you don't know who your guide is, call 1-800-800-9100 <-telesales # which will assign you a guide or transfer to your existing guide if they still work there.

    I used the guide of a friend. Byron Helgeson, super nice guy!

    Magically, when I said I wanted to add on but wasn't in the system he said he would check on it. He called me back that evening to tell I was officially in the system. Had I not wanted to add on I feel like the process of getting into the system would have been quite a bit longer. :lmao:
