Which park to skip with 3 year olds?

I would skip Epcot. I love it there, but if you need to skip one park for your 3 year old this would be the one. The other parks offer a lot for toddlers as follows:

Magic Kingdom - no brainer. This park is a MUST DO!!

Animal Kingdom - the trails for viewing animals, the Nemo musical, the Lion King show, the dig site, the safari ride

Hollywood Studios - the Little Mermaid show, the Disney Jr. show and Disney Jr. character meet & greets, the Stars in Motor Cars parade is so cute, the Muppet 3D show
