I usually do Dance Dance Revolution on PS2 to shape up for my annual WDW trip. It's fun & I find I committ to it more than using my other countless aerobics dvds. I just bought Wii Fit yesterday, but haven't used it yet. For the 3.5 months I have left till my triip, which would be better (more fun, easier to committ, burn more calories) workout? I usually try to do 150 calories with DDR 5 days a week (only starting now, LOL)!
