    Hi,
Ok I am going to DLP in September. Now I am trying to decide between Thursday the 10th or Saturday the 12th.

Now on Thursday the park is open till 19:00 when on Saturday the 12th it is open till 22:00. I also read that Indiana Jone is closed till the 11th. I do want to ride it but crowds are the deal breaker.

I would think it would be less busy on Thursday and see more but then if I can have 3 more hours in the park but he fear of crowds makes me rethink it.

Which day would you go. This is my first time there and I do only have 1 day to go.

    Thanks for any responses.

i know there are no fireworks weekdays and some times no parades out of season. so i would go Saturday myself as i love the fireworks and parades which normally still take place on Saturdays out of season.
to be honest i found there was not a lot of difference with crowds in September when i went.
pity you are only going for a day as you really need 3 days minimum to see everything

There will be no fireworks in September, and there will be parades every day.
Without doubt the Saturday will be a great deal busier, just as it would be at a theme park here. A weekday in 2nd week of September should be very quiet.
So it's up to you to weigh up whether the extra hours are worth it for you.

We have been in September both during the week and at weekends. The difference is this:

Thursdays - waits will be between 5 - 30 mins

Saturday could be 3 hour waits for the Mountains, and 20 - 40 minutes for others.

there may be attractions such as Storybookland closed in the week but open at the weekend.

And FWI, Indy is a poor ride, I personally would not think it is worth the extra crowds to ride. If you said Pirates, Phantom Manor, Space Mountain were closed, that would be different, but although Indy is unique to DLP, there is very little theming (what is there you can enjoy by looking at it), and it is a dull coaster (it was originally supposed to be temporary). The only thing worthy of note is it was Disney's first looping coaster anywhere.

Thnak you. I wish I was going longer, was going to be 2 days but I want to see more of Paris itself.

:sad1: Oh well, I have seen the fireworks at WDW. Thanks I will think it over.

Thanks. I am leaning towards Thursday. I do want to see PIrates, Sm and PM and BTM.

Thank you all for your responses.
