Preferably in MK, but close by ok too. Can't get an ADR for BOG
Crystal Palace, they have Pooh characters. Or Chef Mickey's but that is not in the park. You could ride the monorail there.
I'm curious as well. We'll be going for DD's 3rd birthday as well but we have some time.

Crystal Palace or how about Ohana(a monorail ride away) if he likes Lilo and Stitch, Mickey and Pluto.
If you happen to be at Epcot, I would suggest Akerhsus. Every little girls liek to see the princesses
I would agree with either Crystal Palace or Chef Mickeys. We have done both for dinner numerous times and have always enjoyed the food & character interaction.
You can get really cute cakes delivered at CM. Check out the cake chatter thread for the pictures. It's not where I would want my birthday dinner, but it is heaven for a 3 year old.
We did DS9 (wow he is getting old!) 4th birthday dinner at CM and it was fantastic. No, the food isn't great and it is overpriced for quality, but the look on that little guys face when Donald Duck brought out his birthday cake was absolutely priceless!! I will never forget it.
Just a note, 'Ohana only has characters at breakfast.
Chef Mickeys is your best bet!
I would base my choice on, and only on, who her favorite character is.....Pooh and friends?? Crystal Palace! Mickey, Minnie or Pluto? Chef Mickey's! Food for this occasion won't mean a thing!
Enjoy! She will remember her 3rd birthday dinner always! Oh, what the heck..... Maybe do a birthday breakfast AND birthday dinner! That way she can share it with even more characters!
All depends on what characters she prefers. IMO, I would choose Crystal Palace. The food is much better than Chef Mickey's. If you decide on breakfast instead, Ohana and Crystal Palace both have a great breakfast. But turning three she might just enjoy a Mickey Bar
We did Crystal Palace for our son
We went to Crystal Palace for my daughter's first birthday and had a great experience. I think CRT or Chef Mickey's would both be good options too.
I agree with Crystal Palace or Chef Mickey's.
I depends on who your little one likes best. Crystal Palace for Pooh and friends or Chef Mickeys for Mickey and friends. We attended both but CP for dinner and have heard the food is better.
There is also 1900 Park Fare if she likes the Cinderella characters.
