Not sure if this is where this goes...in our scout troop we are working on a cooking badge, my girls are supposed to bring a dish that represents 3 different spice palettes..when I saw the Boma bread dips I thought, THAT is IT!! They could make 3 bread dips representing Mediterranean spices/African and maybe an Asian inspired (ginger?)...just bought an amazing quisinart for a steal..I think they could buy the fresh spices and make these..any idea on how those bread dips at Boma's are made? Thanks!!
