On the DCL website.
Disney is going to cost the same no matter where you book it. I have used their website once and now am booked with a travel agent to get the onboard credit. If you do an internet search you should find companies that offer that. Some companies deal only in Disney so they should give you the best service IMO.
we booked directly through disney which turned out well since they gave us money back after the cruise was added to kids sail free. no hassle or anything.
The rate is the same whether booked thru DCL directly or thru a travel agent. Some agencies computer track their bookings and get you a better deal if one comes out...and some give an onboard credit or other "thanks for booking with us" gift.
All are not equal. I like Costco and usually get about 8% back on cruises in Costco gift cards.
There is no master list for the *GT rates as they are sporadic and the only real way to find them is to try a date you have in mind and check on their website to see if they are offering those rates for that date....if not, try another date. It really is the only way.
A TA can book a *GT rate for you or let you know if a particular sail date is offering those rates.
Cruise fares will all be equal regardless of how/with whom you book. Some may quote rates that include or exclude taxes and fees, but the end result is the same amount.
The difference is what the various TAs may offer as incentive to get you to book with them. Costco offers $ to be used at Costco, some TAs offer onboard credits, some offer gifts, some offer discounts on other services (transportation, etc.). It all depends on what YOU find to be best for you. Keep in mind, that when you book with a TA, that TA official "owns" the reservation and you may have trouble dealing directly with DCL even on simple questions. Make sure the level of service you receive from a TA is appropriate to your needs.
