Hoping for the best for all of you out there still w/o power. I would imagine it must be awfully tough. When these long power outages have occurred here, we've had to pool resources to get through. House A has wood heat, so everyone sleeps there. House B has the biggest generator & biggest freezer, so all the perishable food goes there along with all the gas. Any non-perishable food has long since been removed from refrigeration to conserve as much precious gas as possible. Perishable food is eaten first, non-perishables saved for later, etc etc etc. Hang in there gang, it is tough. But, it does leave you with a real sense of community when it's all over, however tiny that silver lining may be within the current dark cloud.
