What to do on day of arrival?

What about your bags? If you a lugging them around I think that would make it hard to do much.
But if you have a car I would just get your self used to the area you are staying and see if maybe there is something close by.

We're taking the autotrain so all our bags will be in the car.

Our hotel charged us an early check in fee.Cost us an extar $50 but we were able to check in at 11am instead of 4pm.After flying all nite,no way did I want to do DTD or go Mini golfing.

Was that a WDW resort? We have checked in early several times at WDW resorts without a charge.
