what time to eat during eat to the beat?

We are coming in Oct and want to see Kool and the Gang. We plan to eat at the Biertgarten what time? 4pm? Or go at 5pm? Or is there a better time?

Last year we ate at Boma at 4:30 to make it to the concert at Epcot for the 7:15 show...

This year I plan on going to the first shows, (I think they are 5:15 or 5:45) and make dinner plans after that.

The band performing that night does three shows...I believe at 5:15pm, 6:30pm and 7:45pm. Whatever time you make your dinner ressies for, you'll still be able to catch at least one of the shows!
