What time should I have the Limo meet us at the cruise terminal? And car seats?

We are leaving on our Mexican Riviera cruise next week, and I realized I have no idea what time we will be getting off the ship. What time should I tell the limo driver to meet us at the terminal?

Also, if anyone knows, can limo drivers usually supply car seats if requested? I would hate to have to lug mine all the way to Mexico -- although now that I think about it maybe I'll need one in Mexico too. ...

Does the limo company also have town cars? You could always give them a call. I tend to always lug my carseats with me because you never know what condition someone else's seats are in, how easy they are to install, if they will fit your child properly, if they are clean, etc. Keep in mind if you get an actual limo you will only be able to install car seats on forward-facing seats.

I would call and ask if they provide them and also find out the makes and models. You should check before to see if there are any possible recalls on the seats they provide and also the install instructions so you are comfortable checking the install. We called (for florida) and found that a number of their models were recalled and I opted to bring ours, even though it was a pain. I was glad when the lady was concerned with my proper install that I did because I am sure the install would have been a problem.

Some companies supply carseats for free and some charge about $5 a seat. You do need to request them ahead of time. Our company (Spaceport Transport) told us they'd plan on picking us up at the port between 9 and 9:30, and that we should just give them a ring as we are waiting in line for customs (before the point where cell phones must be turned off). This time is good for us because our flight isn't til afternoon; certainly you can get earlier times if you need it..
