What is the exact price to upgrade....

    from quick to regular dining? Someone told me it depends on the season?

    Peak: $16/adult/night, $3/child/night
    Non-peak: $10/adult/night, $2/child/night

    If you're asking with respect to free dining, that would be "non-peak".

    we are there partially during free dining - what is considered peak times? Thanks for your help!

    The remaining peak seasons for the regular dining plan are June 4 - August 14 and December 17-31.

    do I have to upgrade all 7 nights are can I just do 5 since the other two are in peak season?

    You have to get the same plan for your entire time on one reservation, so yes, you would have to upgrade all 7 nights unless you split your stay into two separate room reservations.
