What happens if your reservation....

    rate changes and you call DCL? Do they adjust your reservation? Do you have to cancel and rebook? If so, what happens with your deposits, etc?

    By this do you mean if the cruise later becomes cheaper online? I'm fairly sure there is little you can do but rebook and cancel the other one but not entirely sure.

    When the rates dropped for our last reservation we called them and they made the adjustment immediately. When we checked our reservation online it was done! :banana:

    thank you! Yes, that is what I meant. For example, if I am booked now, but in a few months the rates drop for my category, I know I need to call to make the change, but was not sure if I needed to cancel the booking or if it could just be adjusted. I am leery about the cancelling and rebooking because I would want to know what happens with the deposits, etc.
