I am on ww at the moment, for the 2nd time around. I did it 14 years ago ,lost 33lbs, stopped going and put it all back on plus more besides.
Upto now i have lost 3st and have about 5lbs to go ( thanks to a trip to disney and the free dp.)
I have also tried the slimfast diet but prefer ww. More freedom with what to eat.

I think it would be easier to list the diets I haven't tried over the years!! :lmao:

Weight Watchers is in my opinion the best one because its about portion size and making better choices through the point system. I lost some weight on it before I got pregnant and will go right back on it when I can.

I'm on the Sea food diet (see food & eat it:rotfl2: )
    Only kidding,
The only diet i've ever done was the F-plan diet when it first came out. It gave you very bad wind, stomach pains, & i couldn't sleep so i stopped it after a month. I must say it did work.

I've tried a lot and been successful with most but I've always had a problem with maintenance.

At the moment I'm doing Weight Watchers but I've also done straightforward calorie counting, Slimming World, Rosemary Conley and tried the Paul McKenna "I can make you thin". I'd recommend any of these ways apart from Paul McKenna.

I'm having a very good run with Weight Watchers just now, but I think I'll have to keep going to meetings once I'm back at goal weight as I'd hate to put it all back on again.

The one that worked for me for weightlossresources.co.uk, which is a glorified calorie counter, but programmed to me. I lost 19lbs and have only regained 4lb, it taught me how to eat properly really and changed my whole attitude to food. Good luck:goodvibes
