What are the dates for the 2013 Haunted Mansion Makeover?

Also, does Space Mountain gets its Ghost Galaxy makeover at the same time?
We are planning a trip this September but don't want to get there too early.

Last year halloween time started friday september 14th. On monday the 10th space mountain went down for its makeover and haunted mansion went down the laast week of august.
