I have not really posted in a while, because I had sort of "stalled out", and it was bugging me. I have increased my excercise time on my newly purchased stairmaster, and stuck to Atkins religiously. I can happily report that I FINALLY got the movement that was missing. I can now triumphantly report that my total loss since joining the WISH Challenge hit THIRTY POUNDS!!!! I finally did it!!! Thanks to all the suggestions, recipes, and encouragement here! You all have given me the strength to do what I have always failed at before. Thank You All!
