Another 1lb for me
1lb on for Gavin - Am very suprised at Gavin, he usually enjoys the competition of losing weight with me and generally does much better than I do

hi netty abnd gang,
just checking in for week 5 weight in.
well last week i stayed the same,( due to night on town)
this sunday i stepped on and lost 3lbs.
total 28lbs doing well.....
1lb off for me. Was hoping for more after last week, but at least it is in the right direction
One lb for me, I had such a stressful week last week the diet went out of the window a bit, but I did join a gym and I have been going to that. Ive started back on my diet today and fingers crossed I will stick to it!
If anyone has anything motivational to say it would be much appreciated!

I am not going for my weigh in this week as I have been really naughty, so I have to work hard in time for my last weigh in next Wednesday (still have 1 lb to go!).
So for this week put me down as stayed the same pls.

sorry for confusion folks,
i have lost total of 27 pounds not 28. i had changed ticker bar wrong.
i had such a stressful week, put 2lbs on! im so annoyed with myself! ive been working 11hour days and couldnt resit a glass of red wine in the evenings to chill out.
Have to do much better next week. - maybe no food would help lol.
I have just got back from weight watchers and lost 2lb this week which means I have exceeded my pledge total , so that is a total of 11lb lost for me this challenge. I think I might change my pledge to 12lb and see if I can loose another 1lb next week.
Well done to all others that have lost too.

I must admit i am struggling a bit! some days i find it so hard to keep going, some days are better than others, i have had an "ok week" this week, I think part of my problem is not being allowed to exercise yet, only allowed to walk walk walk, and in this cold weather it is hard to get motivated to go out.
Good luck to you if you are still to be weighed and keep going to you if you've had an off week
Only 1lb for me this week! weighed myself on friday and had lost 3 but had a really bad weekend as dh is away so scales showed only 1 on monday, very dissapointed with myself but have got back into the good habits this week so crossed fingers for monday!!

I have a very bad habit of jumping on & off the scales all week which can be disheartening when you lose 4 lbs but then put 3 back on meaning you officially lose 1lb, but I have a strict policy of a Monday morning weigh-in and figure it all evens out in the end!
I have actually stopped weighing myself weekly, as per Paul McKenna's system! I'm going to weigh myself every couple of months from now on.
Stayed the same this week, looks like a really gradual weight loss system!
can't exercise at the mo either due to a bad back

I have now reached my (amended) target but I'm not going to change it as DPILs are visiting this weekend and it's DH's birthday on Monday so I reckon I might be a bit naughty
