Webcertificate problems?

    I can't get into Webcertificate with my new account number and password. I've used them before with no problem. Anyone heard anything?

    I would email them, they are really good about answering emails.

    They are having a problem with issuing the new account numbers. It turns out that some people are getting their old account numbers when they go through the steps needed to get a new account number. This also means that there is problems depositing webcerts if yours is one of the accounts affected. You need to call their customer service to straighten it out.
