[Continued from Previous Post] Here is our server unwrapping the Sea Bass from the Parchament. This was soooooo good! It was perfectly cooked, the layers of fish just flaked off delicately. It was so moist. The other dish we split was the Grilled Sea Scallops with Borlotti Beans and Pancetta served with a Tomato Sauce. This was very good, but the Sea Bass was just too good that nothing compared. I didnt get a picture of the dessert menu, but I always know what I am getting here. This was a little bit smaller than the one on the Wonder, and that made it a little bit more manageable. Both Fran and I got one. She also ordered this, I think it was some kind of a Tiramisu cake. Then they brought us this wonderful beverage. It was a lemon flavored sort of thing, sort of like a slushie. I had never had this at Palo before. Our server told us that it was to help digestion. It was great because I was sooooooo stuffed and it really helped to soothe my bulging stomach. I liked it so much he brought us more when they finished making up a new batch. I took a few shots of the restaurant as things were winding down. We were so tired and full, neither of us wanted to go out for Pirate night fireworks, so we just went back to the room. I also forgot to take a picture of the towel animal. We settled in to read the Navigator and figure out what we were going to do the next (besides our scheduled excursion).
