WDW has old email on my rez - and can't update?

    UPDATE: Called again and CM said no prob and changed it. Weird.


    Ok this is really bizarre - hopefully someone can clarify this for me.

    Years ago, we ordered the vacation planning DVD from WDW. I presume I used the email I had at the time.

    Fast forward to our recent reservation; which we did over the phone with a CM. He didn't ask for our email or ask to confirm it.

    I had a question about our rez so called back 2 days later and the CM asked about my email address and told me they have the old one on my file. I told her I haven't used that one in well over a year so please update it with my current one. She said they couldn't do that???

    Huh?

    So how else would I get any emails/confirmations/offers??

    ETA: I made all of our ADRs on-line so they are all under my current email/login. But of course, it doesn't show my actual reservation. It would be nice to be able to see everything all together.
