The people in the call centers are NOT actually at the parks, and generally do not have accurate or helpful information about the way disabilities are handled in the park. You actually will have a better chance of getting info here. Do you have a concern or question over how the system will work? I can tell you, as a person with multiple disabilities who is a full-time wheelchair user, I have experienced an equivalent system that has been in place for a ride in DCA for over a year, and it actually works out quite well. I am nervous, but mostly about the actual acquiring of the DAS card... Hope you have a good trip!
