Is there a path that connects Cabana Bay to Sapphire Falls? And is it worth it to try and walk over to ride the boat?

You could take the walking path from CB and when you get to Royal Pacific ballroom street
(at the bottom of the hill to the right) you would be a couple of minutes to ethier RPR or
SF boat docks.
