I know it's been discussed many times but I forgot where in the check in area your supposed to go to try to upgrade to Concierge?

After checkin go to the supervisors desk (I believe it's to the right). Just ask the CM who checked you in.

The supervisor's station handles all upgrades. It is the farthest right station as you face the desks--farther right than the concierge check in.
