We are considering buying a timeshare at the Boardwalk and have worked out we will need 111 points to go every other year for 2 weeks.

We have requested an information pack from Disney but would be very grateful if anyone can advise us in the meantime

a) the price per point
&
b)the maintenance charges

you can not buy BW from Disney only resales

The Boardwalk sold out last November- so BWV and OKW are only available thru resale at this time. DVC is still selling the Villas at Wilderness Lodge (and Vero Beach and Hilton Head).

Current pricing is $72 per point with a minimum purchase of 150 points.
