used it last year.
I had prebooked when it was still 5 consecutive days with prints and all.
and I used it when it was reduced to 3 days, but they did honor the 5 days and other benefits on the terms of the package I had bought.
It was a good value, even if we only used it for 3 days (over 5 consecutive days) in the end
the only thing that was a bit off is that their system seemed to have difficulties dealing with a large number of pics ... we had 120 at the end of the 3rd day, and the team members struggled to add borders as the pages took ages to load on their computers. One of them even told me I had a lot (too many) pictures.
but some pictures are priceless, like the ones in Eliott's room or on his bike (E.T.)
Ride pictures are also pretty good.
Also, note that if you're staying onsite and have unlimited express (or if you purchase the express single) there are pictures you will not be able to take
for example, the cover of the Daily Buggle (Spiderman) can only be taken when you use the standby line.
Some rides like HRRR might give you a stub with a number on it to download the picture or add it to your starcard.
Some of the pictures will be take on a green background to add special FX, some of them add automatically, but it's always best to visit a photoconnect location to verify, and have them added, just in case.
I don't know if it's standard, but I have both green background pictures, and their edited version and some didn't get the FX on them
There are also some photographers who will do magic shots like at Disney's, but there again, only one of them had the FX added, all others left us pointing at ... nothing but pavement ...
So we may have hit a glitch or run out of luck, but definitely go to a photoconnect kiosk to review your pictures
be aware that some photographers might start to shoot before you even have a chance to give them your starcard, and they will give you a standard photoconnect card, you'll need to go to a kiosk to add them to the starcard, and you'll need to do that on the same day.
Wear your starcard on a lanyard where photographers can see it from afar so they know you're a special guest
ETA : my pictures were taken from Nov 4th 2013 and they're still avalaible online.
A team member told me it was 90 days, but it seems it's a bit longer (while this lasts

)
