Undercover Tourist Tickets

Happy Saturday friends! I just completed my online purchase of Undercover Tourist tickets, as I have seen on several threads on here that they are the best way to go price-wise. I can't find the thread where I saw something about being able to add my park ticket onto my resort card? Do I just go to the front desk when I arrive and will they do it or do I have to go to one of the ticket offices at one of the parks? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!

I do it at the concierge desk at my hotel. Never a problem.
