MK has these listed as extra magic hours...will FLE open at Midnight Sun 11/18?
is that why? also, I dont have hoppers..tech midnight 11/18 is actually 11/19- can I get in with my base ticket( for 11/19) at midnight?

No, the EMH is an extension of the park hours of 11/18. If you went to a different park on Sunday, then that's your park until opening time the next morning.

A Disney "day" is open to close of a park. So, the evening EMH of the park is still part of the previous "day". Thus, you will need to have park hoppers to go to another park that day before going to MK for evening EMH.

If it's not open during the day, I doubt they'd open it up at 12a for a few hours.
