Two different Disney hotels before/after our cruise. Can we store anything there?

We are taking our first family cruise in just a few weeks. We are spending two nights at YC before and two nights at the Poly after the cruise. Is there any way to have any extra bags/stroller transferred to the Poly and stored there? Seems like a lot to ask, but I figured I would check here just in case!

If you are staying at a WDW resort before and after your cruise then, yes, they will store luggage that you don't want to take on your cruise and transfer it to your new resort so it is waiting for you when you check in after your cruise.

Just ask bell services to collect the bags from your room when you are ready (or take them to the bell services desk yourself), then tell them the resort they need to be transferred to and what date you will be checking in and then, when you check in to the new resort, call bell services and have them bring your bags up.

We had the same experience. Take your packed bag to bell services. They will confirm that it has a label with your name, resort you are coming back to and check in date and will give you a luggage check ticket. When you arrive at the second resort, call bell services to have the bag brought to your room. We had no problems, but did keep the claim check just in case.
